Had another fun day of riding in Bozeman again. Woke up a little after 8 and headed north out of town again. This time to
Sypes Canyon. It was some nice riding up some trail that is mainly used for hiking. There were sections that weren't great for biking, but we managed to do alright. We ended up climbing near the top of the trail and headed back down the way we came up.

After riding we went to the house, cleaned up, and went out to eat lunch at the Naked Noodle. Had some pretty good pasta and checked out downtown a little bit. Mostly went to some bike shops. It's really a fun town.
We came back to the house again and waited for Evan's friend, Garrett, to come home from work. At about 6:30 we left with Garrett, Tom, and Chris to ride the
Mystic Lake Trail. It consisted of climbing up a fire road for 5 miles.

Then hitting some singletrack and riding up to the lake. It was a blast. There was a pretty steep ridge that you ride along the entire way on the singletrack section. It was pretty scary in some areas. On the way back down, I saw about a 7 foot tall moose. I came around a turn and there it was, about 30 feet in front of me. I about crapped my pants. I guess you don't want to come across those too often, especially a female. It galloped off pretty fast and stood off in the distance eating some grass.

Made it back to the house tonight. Time to go to bed. We are leaving for Missoula tomorrow morning. We may hit some trails on the drive over or we will find some in town.
